HR Operations Manager

About the role
As HR Operations Manager you are responsible for Comp & Ben, Payroll and HR-administration. You will take the lead to develop and improve the administrative HR and Payroll processes and ensure the support offer is in line with the company´s strategic HR agenda. The position consists leading a team of 4 within payroll and systems and at the same time being an individual, contribute within the C&B area both on a strategic and operative level. You will initiate, drive, and participate in numerous projects, working in collaboration with our HR/Payroll vendors as well as our colleagues in the HR Operations team and the Shared Service Center. As HR Operations Manager you will actively support the team in the operational work with focus on processes, systems and vendor management. The position is located at our Swedish HQ in Solna and you will report to the HR Director.

About you

We believe that you have an academic degree in HR or equivalent education with minimum 5 years´ experience from HR. We believe that you have experience from working in a similar organization with deep understanding of working within a matrix organization.You have good understanding in Payroll Systems and Processes as well as working with Change Management with great results. You can build relations and network across functions and at all levels, which requires strong communication skills and that you are fluent in both Swedish and English. As a person you are a skilled people manager who gets your motivation from driving changes and continuous improvements.

About the employment

The assignment as HR Operations Manager is on behalf of our customer and situatied in Solna, Stockholm and lasts initially until June. For the right candidate there is a strong possibility of being offered a permanent position.
