Job responsibilities
Provide technical support for customers and service technicians (over the telephone, on-line networks and email), document customer questions and problems, test/verify customer problems, evaluate engineering support requirements and document/communicate problems to engineering for resolution, install hardware, recommend system solutions.

Beyond these tasks, you will also have to cross-train people in SKF´s other products.

Job requirements
You have a Bachelor´s Degree within Electronics, Computer Science or Information Technologies. You have been working at least 2 years within technical- and customer support (help desk, internal or external). Experience with condition monitoring system and equipment is preferred. Experience with SKF products is also preferred.
You have great computer skills, especially in MS SQL Server, LAN/WAN/Wireless network architecture and Operating systems (Windows XP, Windows 7 etc.).

You speak and write fluently both in Swedish and English.

Personal profile
As a person, you must be courteous, proactive and positive, and develop good rapport with co-workers/customers. Ability to be persuasive when instructing co-workers and customers. You must also be able to be patient and remain calm while explaining and/or listening to complex concepts and during stressful situations. You also need to be a team-player who performs well in a team environment. In addition, in this role it is of great importance to be a self-starter and able to independently plan and execute your own work.

Additional information
The position holder will report to Technical Support Group Supervisor, and should be located in Luleå, Sweden.
